HEALED OF BREAST CANCER ...Donna Kosmas

Last year in November, I went to the Gyne doctor for a pap test. I had told him that there was a lump in my breast that was about 2 1/2 inches and was very painful. He set me up for an ultrasound and mammogram. After reading it, he wanted me to go for a biopsy. So I did. The doctor said it came back positive. This was the night of the lady's tea (in December 2006). I did not let it shake me.

They set me up for chemotherapy, at my family's wishes. I asked Roger Flanagan to put me on his list of people he would call to minister to. He was very faithful to call and feed me the Word of God.

My dear Pastor, his wife and church family kept standing and praying with and for me. Every one around me could not believe how God was sustaining me through the treatment. I chose to stop the chemo and to trust the Lord for what He had died to give me.

The doctor had advised that I have a lumpectomy, even though I told her that the Lord had healed me, and there was no lump there. (The lump was gone after the first round of chemo.) By His stripes I was healed! I had prayed and asked the Lord to give my family medical evidence of my healing.

They operated and found everything normal--no cancer. God is so good to us. I had pictured the doctor coming into the room and saying, “You were right!” with a big smile on her face. That is exactly what she did. Brothers and sisters, get the Word in you and watch it produce everything you need in your life. Be encouraged; God has no favorites. He loves us all the same.
